THE FIRST WINTER SCHOOL WAS A SUCCESS, STAY TUNED FOR THE FOLLOWING ONES!

Description

Energy research is key for the transition towards a sustainable society fully powered by renewable resources.

To realize this transition, one single technology is not enough. Instead, we have to rely on different strategies to address the fuels and electricity generation, the storage of renewable energies, the CO2 capture and storage, the efficient use of energy in buildings and cities.

Because of the intrinsic multidisciplinary nature of Energy Resarch, this Winter School focuses on the Chemistry, Materials and Engineering challenges and future opportunities in photovoltaics, batteries, artificial photosynthesis, hydrogen storage, CO2 conversion, fuel cells, gas capture/separation and life cycle analysis.
